Bahria Town Lahore is a full service real estate firm that builds, manages, initiates many commercial ventures and buildings in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and now in various cities in Pakistan and abroad as well, each with their own brand identity. Similarly, this commercial Venture called Metro Gulf City by Ans marketing and Prime group was established in the heart of Bahria Town Lahore and before this branding project, Bahria Town’s projects were already established in major cities, residentially as well as commercially. Bahria Town is a highly recognized and state of the art real estate entity and Metro Gulf City project had its own significance in terms of business and commercial value.

Challenge:

Creating a Unified Brand structure of Metro Gulf City for a Full Service Real Estate at Bahria Town

As a result of this fractured brand strategy, Chinburg Builders was not benefitting from brand equity of the mill properties or the increasingly more visible management company and vice versa. The challenge of this project was to extend the brand equity of Metro Gulf City and to target the right audiences, in a persuasive manner, without compromising the brand equity maintain the image of Bahria Town as well.

Thinkbox Communication’s team had this core challenge to plan, design and write trategic script in very persuasive manner to grab peoples’ attention the real estate arena of business in Lahore. that how Metro Gulf City  provide opportunity for Successful businesses through rented out shops and commercially owned centers, along with residence (1 n 2 bedroom world class apartments), in an animated video which compliments the script as well. Thinkbox Communication tried its best to portray each and every aspect in the documentary as per clients’ satisfaction and desire to convince people to invest in Metro Gulf City, in order to experience and enjoy complete life style and peaceful business environment at hot locality of Lahore.  Our Creative strategy made sure the fact that enticed people as Metro Gulf City was in final phase of construction completion but ready for possessions.

Thinkbox Communication planned a Creative Strategy through animation and documentary script was written in in Urdu language with extensive collaboration and consultation with our clients to enhance the commercial values and sales probability; to generate and maximize Brand Equity.

When we began working with marketing representatives of Metro Gulf City, we came up with a solution to entice the investors to spend their money for the value it has.  We launched an extensive brand awareness campaign utilizing digital media means. Due to these efforts, brand awareness grew, and Metro Gulf City experienced record sales.
